We have been able to keep the setup cost per initial low, but have agreed with our factory that if there are no reorders within one year, then the factory is able to do what they want with the molds. We have always run an 18 letter initial set of A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-J-K-L-M-N-P-R-S-T-W.
